One of my employees has reported the following error"

CiceroUIWndFrame: RoboHTML.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x73dd11c7" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory cannot be "read".

He says when he clicks OK, the program crashes and his work is not saved.

We use Windows XP, IE 6, RH version 5. Has anyone run into this before?

Not sure about the beginning of the message but the rest sounds like a message you get when an output file is imported into the source.

I'm sorry, but I don't know what this means.

If you generate webhelp, the files in that output are not the same as the file in the source. Sometimes people inadvertantly import into the project a file that was generated as webhelp.

Does the file have one or more red squares in it?

Hi, I had this problem at one point. I can't remember the details as it was a while ago, and I can't locate my notes.

However, see this post ( http://tinyurl.com/2yvceh) where I've detailed what I do remember. I don't think the Admin or read only access bit applies to this. I'm more certain it's something about the Office components and/or Data Execution Prevention.
