Flash Player will not Install on MacBook Pro

I have been attempting to update Flash Player on my MacBook Pro for a while now. I even uninstalled the previous version and restarted and it still fails.

Running Yosemite 10.10.3 (14D136) on:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010)

2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
