Legal issues with distributing Captivate projects

Are there any legal issues to consider is for example a tutorial is created with Captivate and then that tutorial is sold and distributed via Web and CD?

Hi niatross and welcome to our community!

If you are referring to anything "Legal" wise with regards to what you produce using Captivate, there is nothing you have to do as far as Adobe is concerned. They supply you the software and you are totally free to do what you want with the output from that software.

However, you could run up against a possible legal issue if perhaps you used Captivate to record something that was copyrighted and distributed that.
