Installation Flash Player 17.0.0.188 fehlgeschlagen

Die Aktualisierung des Flash Player mit der Version 17.0.0.169 ist auf meinem Desktop nicht möglich. Die Installation bricht immer mit einer Fehlermeldung ab. Ich habe folgendes System: Windows XP Pro SP3, Internet Explorer 8, AMD Athlon XP 2600 1,92 GHz, 768 MB RAM.

Eine Installation von Google Chrome bricht ebenfalls ab, weil die Mindestanforderungen an die Hardware nicht erfüllt sind.

Haben sich die Anforderungen mit der Version 17.0.0.188 geändert, weil bis dahin der Flash Player installiert werden konnte oder liegt vielleicht ein anderes Problem vor?

Flash Player 18.0.0.160 was released yesterday.  Please clear the browser cache and go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer and download a new online installer. There were some issues with the online installer and XP, however, those should have been fixed with yesterday's release.  Please let me know if the new online installer does or does not work for you.

A new installation with the Flash Player Version 18.0.0.160 also failed. I got an error message before installing the new version.

I am on XP SP3 Athlon xp2600 ram 2GB . When updating to adone flash player 18 installer fails with the following error messare :"exception unknown software exception 0xc00001d". Same when updating at  17.0.0.188

I'd like to confirm if this is the online installer you are using.  What is the name of the installer file?

Yes, it's file instaler flashplayer18au_hd_install.exe; same problem also files flashplayer17_hd_install.exe and flashplayer17_ha_install.exe and flashplayer17au_gd_install.exe. Also offline installation failed.

The file names you list are all online installers.  Are those the only files you have tried using?

this is the error message I got (screenshot). The Adobe Download Manager has a problem and must be closed. I get the error message using offline and online installers.

Please click the link to view more information on the problem.  This should display the crash log file (or the location to the crash log file).  Upload the contents of the crash log file for both the online installer and the offline installer using the instructions posted here How to share a document. Post the URL to the crash log files in your reply.

the new installers of version 18.0.0.194 are also craching. Here are the logfiles of the online (Dateien freigegeben - Acrobat.com)

and offline (Dateien freigegeben - Acrobat.com) installer.

This week's release did not include changes to the online installer, which is a shim installer that downloads and installs Flash Player silently in the background.  Only the Flash Player itself was updated this week.

The online installer team has been unable to reproduce the crash, and are still investigating.
