Can't install Flash Player 1.7 and 1.8 on Windows Vista (empty window)

I want to install Flash Player 1.8 on Windows Vista Home Premium.

After click "installieren" in Browser (Firefox 38.0.5) a window "Adobe Flash Player Installation" came which is completely empty (no error messages).

Flash Player did not install and the window is still there.

Same problem I had with Flash Player 1.7, I can't install them properly.

Please help!
