I have checked my documents again and found two other Email adresses.

2. beierseevers@kabelmail.de

Please check this product purchase for this emails again and let us know.

If one of this email ok, please reset this for activation.

It might help to know what exact product you are referring to. This is the forum for the Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop edition which does not require activation.
