I select the plan I want, cluck to purchase and the pop up window just goes to a white screen and never loads.
I would suggest you to try different browser and if that doesn't work try reset the browser to default settings and then try again .

I ended up calling the help line, and got put through to sales team. Went 'old school' and purchased it over the phone!
