Is this the only app that fails to install?
The specific error in the system install.log file is posted below. From my research it has to do with certificates, keychain access, and/or possibly gatekeeper permissions, but the latter seems unlikely. I believe it would have displayed a gatekeeper notification before installation started. I haven't found anything definitive to recommend a solution. I would search for the error and try different solutions that have worked for other users with similar error in other products.
You could also try performing a clean install, using the offline installer (see How to perform a "clean install" of Flash Player in Mac OS X)
