Flash player seems missing

Flashplayer has disappeared off my computer.   I've gone through the download several times, and it seems to end successfully, but still no Flashplayer.   Shockwave is enable under the "manage add-ons" screen.   Any ideas?

Which operating system and browser you are using ? And what is tha name of the file with which you are trying to install flash player?
