I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK TO INSTAL THE LATEST VERSION OF FLASH PLAYER BUT WHEN I REACH THE POINT OF ENTERING MY

PASSWORD IT IS REJECTED.  I HAVE RESET THE PASSWORD THREE TIMES WHICH WAS ACKNOWLEDGED BY EMAIL YET ON EACH OCCASION
