Photoshop 12 hash

I have the cd's, installation codes and its only installed on one machine. Now when i try to put it on another machine it tells me to contact Adobe support via a link. Then it gets so confusing , Mr Adobe wants to do everything except tell me why can't i install my software? I have downloaded v 12 and opened it , only to be told to contact Adobe support. What do you have to do when you have the cd's and installation code to get it working?
