I bought LR 6 and installed on desktop and laptop. Now mainboard of desktop failed and hat to be replaced wit consequence of reinstalling Windows 7 and LR 6. Now I exceed number of licenses.Do I have to buy again LR8?

Hi John,

I am unable to install the second LR6 copy. I get the windows with the message that I have exceeded the number of licenses.

I did the following:

On desktop:

I signed out

De-installed LR

Re-installed LR

On Laptop:

I signed out

De-installed LR

Re-installed LR

What is wrong?
