Unable to complete installation on PS CC, PS CC2014, PS CC2015 & BR CC.

I am working on a Mac and was able to update all my other apps to 2015. I get the same error on each U44MIP34. I am trying to find where I can uninstall, so I can start over.

Christine I would advise you to Contact Customer Care where the agent can remote into your machine and help you fix the issue.

I have tried that and it is not working.

I am running Yosemite 10.10.3 on my iMac.

I was able to update just fine on my laptop running Lion 10.9.5

Uninstall fails for PS CC PS CC2014 only allows me to update

When I try to reinstall Bridge CC gives me this message

- 1 fatal error(s), 0 error(s)

FATAL: Payload 'Camera Profiles

Installer_8.8_AdobeCameraRawProfile8.0All 9.0.0.21

{6C9A9AEC-4D11-40B0-8AF5-96650E89585F}' information not found in Media_db.
