Connection Error Message

Each time I try to authorize my computer with Digital Editions I get this message:

Connection Error:

Digital Editions could not connect to activation server.Please make sure you are connected to the Internet. I am connected, but it says not and it won';t let the authorization go through. Please Help!

Was ist an der Antwort denn richtig, wenn eine Offlineregistrierung für ADE nicht möglich ist und auch alles andere keine Wirkung zeigt?
