Fehlermeldung: Autorisation kann nicht gelöscht werden! Versuchen Sie es erneut!

Da nach einem Crash meines Macs keine e-Books mehr geladen werden können, habe ich versucht die Autorisation zu löschen! Das Fenster öffnete sich, die Adobe-ID war eingetragen doch nach der Eingabe des Passworts kam immer die Meldung: Autorisation kann nicht gelöscht werden! Versuchen sie es erneut!

Nach mehrmaligen versuchen an aufeinander folgenden Tagen immer das gleiche Problem! Auch ein Deinstallation und erneute Installation von Adobe Digital Edition brachte keine Lösung!

Heute habe ich auf meiner PC-Partition Digital Edition installiert und alles funktionnierte perfekt!

Wo liegt das Problem?

Ich habe gedacht das es mit einem Löschen der Autorisation dieses Mac Systems eine Lösung gibt, doch der Support geht auf mehrmalige Aufforderung nicht darauf ein! Das Personal sei auf diesem Produkt nicht geschult und habe deshalb keine Lösung!

Can you please let us know the ADE version you are using? If not 4.0.3.117585, please download it from Download | Adobe Digital Editions and try deactivation workflow.

‌it seems that you dont understand the German explanation above! While the attempt to deactivate my device from the account an errormessage occured: Translation: "Devise cant be deactivated! Please try later!"

The reason I am asking is, deactivation related issue is addressed in the latest build of ADE 4.0.3.117585. So if you are using any earlier version of ADE, please uninstall and install the latest version of ADE and try deauthorization.

‌Young are right! the Problem could be that before it was a earlier version but i cant say whigh one! But as I uninstalled the not anymore functional version and installied the now the latest version the Problem stayed the same! ...but I cant tell You which was the version before! Sorry!

Please check whether the below mentioned steps helps you deactivating your device

Mac:

  1. Go-> Go to folder.

         Go to folder dialog will appear.

     2. Type   ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions drag the activation.dat file to the trash.

Windows:

  1. Choose Start > Run.
  2. In the Open text box, type regedit and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.
  3. In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key:
  4. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept
  5. Right-click the Adept key and choose Delete.
  6. In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.

 

Your authorization will be deleted.

ADE will be deauthorized now.

Now Authorize ADE again.

Note: After this, you will not be able to open books that are fulfilled using anonymous accounts (authorized computers without an ID).
