Hi pwillener,

We have recently had a change in Flash Player were the installer will run even if your browser is running, and at the end we prompt that 'You may have to restart your browser to see the changes reflected'.

Thanks

Hi seanm95702805,

Have you Tried, Closing your Browser properly. Close all the instances of the Browser and and also close the app too [OS X Yosemite: Quit apps‌] and then Relaunch your browser and see if this helps.

Let me know incase there is still any issue.

Thanks
