trying to update but will not allow me to do so. Says outdated

What do I do. All settings seem to be correct

the problem is I cant update the Flash player. As stated before

Have you tried updating Flash Player using the Offline Installer for Mozilla - Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows(scroll to the end)

Can you launch Firefox and Goto -> Flash Player Help Page, Click on check now and post the screenshot (How to post a screenshot in the forum)
