Why must you prompt me each and every time I download a flash player ugrade, if I want you to install google toolbar and google chrome?  Your updates are frequent - I answer this question every single time the same way - can you not store a cookie or other preferences file, and only ask me every ten updates?  It's ridiculous.  Two flash player updates in two weeks - and I have to be sure to uncheck those options.  It's annoying.

This should NOT be an opt OUT.  It should ALWAYS be an opt IN! Like the OP I really dislike having to opt out each and every time!

Can you please change the default behavior?

IF you know about bat files, here is a quick and easy way to get rid of the nagging for updates, or run each line one by one from cmd line:

taskkill.exe /im FlashPlayerUpdateService.exe /f

SchTasks /Delete /TN "Adobe Flash Player Updater" /f

sc delete AdobeFlashPlayerUpdateSvc

del "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\FlashPlayerUpdateService.exe"
