When installing, I'm told to close twc.win7. I can't find it on my PC. What is it & how do I disable it?

When installing Flash Player I'm told to close twc.win7. I can't find it on my PC. What is it & how do I disable it?

I'm running Windows7 on a Dell Inspiron 15 PC. Never had a problem installing earlier versions of Flash Player.

Please follow the steps below :

1. Go to task bar , right click and select "Start task Manager" .

2. A window showing all the running processes will be displayed.

3. Find twc.win7.exe in it, right click and click on "End process"

4. Flash player should resume installation.
