Unable to preview in Presenter

Hello,

I am unable to preview my presentation in Presenter. I have saved to a different file and also shut down PPT and still not able to preview. Any suggestions?

If the preview button is greyed out, it is because you are working with a PPT file. The preview function is only available with PPTX files. Try saving your slides as PPTX and see if that works.

OK, can you give any more details about how it is not working? How far are you getting in the preview process? Does it crash, hang, etc.?

Hi there,

I am encountering the same problem as seanp. I created the presenter project and added some quizzes and interaction slides. The preview button is not disabled, but when I click on it, the flash loads for a second, giving grey screen and then suddenly closes and gives me white screen on the preview screen. I know that it might be a setting problem with the quizzes since I copied the plain slides with only text on another file and it is working normally. Do you have any idea of what can I do to solve it?
