Problem solved.

If you have a programm to display Fps Like "msi afterburner" or "amd gaming evolved" you have to deactivate them.

I have the same problem. Can you provide more detail on how to fix it?

I stopped a Nvidia program from running but it didn't help. Pretty sure I don't have these enabled... "msi afterburner" or "amd gaming evolved"

Thanks.

Same problem here. Works by disabling the GPU, but after checking my GPU settings, I disabled the Conservative Morphological Anti-Aliasing (CMAA) setting in 3D options, and all works fine, with the GPU enabled. Check your Anti-Aliasing options.
