Program will not launch.  I get an error message.  I have reinstalled it.

I get the standard error message from Microsoft about a program not working, with the option to send error report or not  It says:

"Adobe Digital Editions 4.0 has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

We have created an error report that you can send to help us improve Adobe Digital Editions 4.0.  We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous."

Can you please share the Windows OS version and Configuration? Also share the ADE version you are using.

I am using XP.  I am using the latest ADE version, which I think is 4.0.3.  I think I have provided more than enough information.
