FlashPlayer Installation Problem

I have downloaded "flashplayer18_ha_install.exe". When I try to proceed with the installation I receive the message "Adobe Download Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience".

I should be grateful for some help to resolve this problem.

Can you please try downloading Flash Player offline installer from Page - Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows (at the bottom).

I have downloaded and installed the relevant Flash Player for Firefox.
