Flash Player 18 HA installation won't complete on Windows XP 32 bits.

I always been able to update Flash player, including the other version 18, but the version 18 HA installation hangs and crashes on Windows XP 32 bits. Any explanation or way to fix it?

This is an error with the online installer and I have forwarded this to the team that handles the online installer to investigate further.

In the mean time, please use the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page in the 'Still having problems' section.

By the way, I downloaded the Flash installer with Firefox 39.0, then I tried to run the Flash installer with/without Firefox running.

I'd like to get some log files from you to troubleshoot further.  Please see the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? and provide the FlashInstall.log, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files.  The FAQ contains a link at the bottom with instructions to upload the files.  Post the link to the files in your reply.
