SCUP Download: "The operation has timed out." error downloading MSI installer

I am also having the issue with the SCUP download.

I've been through the normal steps of clearing cache and trying again with no luck.

Hi MNovitsch,

I branched your post to a new thread as it seems your issue is not the same as the user where you posted your comment to.  The OP appears to be installing the MSI directly, whereas you are using the SCUP catalog.

Are you able to download the file directly (e.g. from a browser w/out using SCUP) on the machine that is returning this error?  The URL was recently updated to download via HTTPS instead of HTTP (all download URLs are being switched to HTTPS instead of HTTP). Please ensure you can download via HTTPS on the server you are using.
