Problem with Quiz Question Numbering

I'm using Captivate 2 and I created three quiz questions. When I'm in the create and edit modes, the question numbering is correct and so is the total number of questions on the quiz results slide. However, sometimes when I preview the project in Captivate, the quiz question numbers are incorrect. It thinks I have 18 questions instead of 3. Any idea what's going on?

Tap your F9 key and you will see the Advanced Interaction dialog. You probably have several Click Box objects in your project. By default, these have scoring and reporting enabled. If you disable the scoring and reporting, your question slides should accurately reflect the number of questions.
