I need to update my flash player and reader. In both cases, I download the installation program to my downloads directory, close the browser, and double click on the file. What I consistently get is an installer window that is blank. How do i fix?

‌For reader use get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise

FOr flash player someone else will need to help.
