Same problem here. Already support is looking into my case. Seems its going to be difficult solution.
We are investigating the issue. we have several users reporting sync problems after they have installed the Lr6.1 update.
Could you please send me a Lightroom diagnostig log - best as a private message with a downloadable dropbox link?
You can trigger the log via LR preferences->Lightromm Mobile...
and when you hold down the alt-key you will notice an additional "Generate Diagnostig log" button
Me too also as well.
Sync buttons vanished from Collections, "Waiting for connection" continuously, no syncing.
Have tried all the tips I can find on the forums.
Macbook with latest OS and latest LR CC, iPad with LR Mobile.
Our devs have identified the sync issue, which we will be fixed with the next Lr Desktop update. In the meanwhile the only workaround for you is to downgrade (via the CC-app) to the previous Lr version. - Guido
So I just installed the latest Lr Desktop update and the newest iPad update.
Problem is not fixed for me.
Still no sync options available.
Still "waiting for connection" ad infinitum.
