Flash Player upgrade brings a new search page I didn't ask for!

I was asked to upgrade my flash player to v.18.

After I did this my Safari browser is really slow, and I keep having a new search page in my browser which is

http://websearch.searchitwell.info/?r=yin5yM%2FQBuXIHDWYSUGZNCaXWgjgXG94&reloaded=1  .

Why is this happening? What can I do about this?

That is not something the Adobe Flash Player installer does; from where did you download that update?
