Installation blocked at 5%

Im using a mac 10.10.3 and my installation is blocked at 5% I've uninstalled reinstalled rebooted tried everything and noting is working always same problem!

Please help!

I'd like to get some log files from you.  Please do the following:

  1. Refer to the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and scroll down to the section for 'Files 3 & 4' (Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log).
  2. Follow the instructions to enable verbose logging, then run the installer again. 
  3. When the process hangs wait about a minute, then terminate the installation process
  4. Upload both files using the How to share a document instructions.
  5. Post the URL location to the uploaded log files in your reply.
