Digital Editions: Possibilities to write comments or underline text????

Hi there!

I installed ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS and bought a book, which I cannot open with the normal Acrobat Reader. I need the book for university and would like to underline some text or to write comments. Is there any possibility for that? Any ideas?
