Does the APSB15-18 vunerability effect windows 7 or just Windows 8 and 8.1?

Hello,

Can you please clarify if the APSB15-18 effects windows 7X64 or not?  the bulletin posting indicates only Windows 8 and 8.1.  I am looking to confirm.

APSB15-18 affects all supported platforms, including Windows 7x64.  Windows 8.x is called out separately because Microsoft embeds Flash Player in Internet Explorer on these platforms.
