New Adobe won't install, I've tried everything I can think of & past suggestions, I can't get past 'download manager', when this screen loads it's just a blank pop up box. I've got windows 7 & firefox.

At the bottom of the page there are the OFFLINE installers. Pick the one you need.

Make sure all browsers are closed after you downlo0ad it

install it

Let try that first please.
