Why do you Invite permanent unsolicited update 16.0.0.257 on my computer when I have the newer update 18.0.0.209 installed?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Invite permanent unsolicited update 16.0.0.257 on my computer"  Once you install a newer version, the old version is gone.  Do you use multiple browsers?  There are different installers for the different browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox/Safari, Opera).

Please clarify the issue so that we may be able to provide assistance.
