Tiny window and takes a few seconds to start

I have tried uninstalling/fresh installing/everything to fix this problem and idk what to do.

I have a tiny window and it takes about 5 seconds to start the video

In Chrome it works fine but in firefox idk what's the problem with the small window and delay play time...

here is a pic of what i'm talking about:
