can any one suggest how to convert Power Point Presentation to flash in MS office 2013. and how to open the same file on my Desktop/Pc not on browsers.

These forums ( the one you posted in ) has to do with Installing Flash player, nothing on the level in what you are trying to do.

Maybe one of the FTEs can better direct you to the appropriate forums

Yes. You can put .exe file instead of .swf. just export .executive file from flash professional .
