Everytime I try to download the new Flash onto my Mac, it says there is a connection failure. I tried closing anything that may be using my current flash (which was version 18), then I uninstalled the Flash I was currently running and tried again. Still not working, and now I don't have Flash at all. I also have Norton security, not sure if that has anything to do with it. The computer is a 2012 MacBook Air running OS X 10.9.4 software.
