Other than the reports we can get from Robohelp, is there a way that we can set up a "user" feedback link within Robohelp that the users can go to and provide their own feedback?

Sounds like you need webhelp pro which requires RoboServer. That will give you what you want but you have to pay for RoboServer. See Adobe's product pages.

We are upgrading our version of Roboengine from version 4.xx to 7 Roboserver
Can you provide me with any documentation that I can read regarding setting up a feedback link for users to respond to.
A few other questions:
1. When it comes to adding new documenation we currently do this on a designated PC and publish from there.
With Roboserver 7, is there any way that multiple users can log onto the server to make changes to the documentation rather than the designated PC?
2. When doing the upgrade, will we be able to print past reports from Version 4.xx or will that information be lost?
3. In terms of projects existing in version 4.xx, can you confirm whether we need to re-publish the whole project once we upgrade to version 7.

I don't use RoboServer, hence pointing you to the product pages.

Try this link.

There's a PDF and a link to other information.
