Cannot progress past Step 2 of Flash and DC install/updates - Mozilla 39.0

Hi all,

Running Intel i7-3610QM @ 2.3GHz, Mozilla 39.0, Windows 7......

Having issues progressing past "Run the File"... Saves binary etc but after running the file 'Adobe Download Manager' comes up BLANK everytime and never comes up with anything.  If I cose the dwnld manager folder/icon and it opens Adobe in Explorer.

Gone through FAQ's, a few forum queries that have already been answered and troubleshooted their suggestions, ie; enabled plug-in, but still no luck.  Have tried going through Explorer AND Chrome, still nothing?

Managed to update different programs since but stuck with Adobe Flash and DC.

I'm stumped as to where to go from here?

At the bottom of the page there are the OFFLINE installers. Pick the one you need.

Make sure all browsers are closed after you download them

install it

Let try that first please.
