How can i really disable Flash Player update?

Hello All

I have a problem.

The computers behind the firewall.

I disable updates from the Flash Player Settings Manager in Control Panel.

Problem:

I open IE to connect intranet web, Homepage has flash, status is fine.

when change to second page, it is lag.

because flash try to connect to internet but the computers can't connect to internet.

Based on the output you provided, Flash Player is not attempting to update, or check for an update.  After Flash Player is installed, the first time Flash content is viewed Flash sends a ping back to adobe servers with some metadata (e.g. OS version, player type, OS language) used for metrics data only.  Unfortunately, there is no way to disable this in Flash Player.
