Log in to your AdobeID account. Is the country setting correct? Is it identical to the adobe webstore country you are trying to buy from?

Thank you, again. When I choose correct country (Croatia), web shop does not allow me to buy any product and it directs me to contact a distributor in Croatia. As I said, I have contacted few of them and they are not allowed (by Adobe) to sell me an upgrade.
