My flash player installer stops at 6% and errors

Im running OS X 10.11 (El captain) preview 4.1.0 and the flash player errors at 6%

Did you perform a clean installation of OS X 11.11, or did you upgrade from a previous version (e.g. OS X 10.10 or something else?)

Please see the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and provide the first two files (install.log and FlashPlayerInstallManager.log) using the instructions How to share a document.  Post the URL to the files in your reply.
