flashplayer18_ha_install.exe won't run on Win XP Pro SP3

    Install file "install_flash_player.exe" runs OK, but seems to install the same outdated version; 18.0.0.194.

OS = MS Windows XP Pro SP3; 32 bit; Single core processor

Browser = Firefox 39.0

Flash Player plugin ver. 18.0.0.194

Hi klm2048,

The online installer isn't working on some XP systems.  The online installer team is investigating.  In the mean time, please use the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page in teh 'Still having problems' section.

Thank you, that file does work! Earlier, I had tried an offline file by the same name, but it must have been an earlier version. Thanks again!
