Facing Pages Problem

I am using CS 5.5 on a Mac. I have created a document which I want to use facing pages with different margins and columns on the right and the left. Facing Pages is checked in the Document setup. I have created and applied a two-page master with the correct margins on the left and the right. But the document is showing all pages using the right master. There are references on the forum to using Master Frame Options, but I cannot find that in any of the menus. Any help will be appreciated.

What App?

This is for Business Catalyst and what you put does not sound like for that. In Design?

Sorry about that. I swear I started from the InDesign forum - it had me log in - and I guess redirected to Catalyst. Sorry for wasting you time.
