I recently moved laptops I have all of my serial codes. But when I try to install from newly downloaded .dmg files it tells me the installer failed to initialize. Even with PSE, PS, and flash player. None of my installers will initialize I have TRIED goog

LIterally what the title says above. I cna't get anything to initialize. CS4, CS5, PSE 8, PSE 9. It worked just the other day when this laptop had NOTHING on it. but now that I've migrated all of my files absolutely nothing works not even flash player.
