Add to Library won't open acsm files?

I downloaded several library books that were epub acsm files. When I tried to add to my library just a finder window opened not the normal window that allows me to open acsm files. I have not had a problem adding books prior to this? In the finder window that does open the acsm files are shown but not selectable? So I'm not able to read these books.

Any suggestions?

Disregard my bad; just had to select options on the finder window.
