Click on the following Adobe link. Go down to the bottom where it says, "Still having problems?". Click on the link for your browser.

Could you please provide the following information:

•     OS Version.
•     Site from where you have obtained Flash Installer.  Is it from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

Did you get any error when trying to install flash player ? Can you please post a screenshot (see How to post a screenshot in the forum) of the error screen?
