I contacted customer service 48 hours ago and I was promised that I would be receiving some notification about the accessing problems that I am experiencing with Adobe Editions. My submission deadline is steadily approaching and I don't have the time to be sitting and waiting for access to a journal that is vital to my research.Adobe Editions has blocked access to my entire library. It tells me that I have had too many authorizations, yet I've paid for these journals. It is an urgent matter... Can anyone help me?
