Importing jpeg

I'm currently trying to import a jpeg that was converted from a .psd file.

Once I get the dialog box to crop or resize, the image doesn't show up in the slide or generate a preview. The image is alrge as it's intended for a background. Other images import fine.

I have tried:

Dragging and dropping from a directory
Importing into my library and inserting from the menu and insert image button on the bottom.

Is this a Captivate issue or a mistake on my in Photoshop? Is there a security or locking mechanism or other condition that is preventing Captivate from not importing the image?

Thanks.

Hi GossamerS and welcome to our community

Try first saving as a .JPG from PhotoChop using the settings that specify a JPG the size of your Captivate project.

That's what I'd try... Rick
