Reloading CS5 doesn't work on Windows 7--file missing message

I am trying to reload photoshop cs5 extended but i get an error message that a file may be missing and to download adobe support advisor which apparently is no longer used.  I tried downloading CS5 on-line but that didn't work either.  I don't see it in my software list to uninstall either.  Not sure what to do--please help!

copy your disc contents to a desktop directory and retry installing.  if you continue to see exit code 15,

check your install logs, Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CS5, CS5.5, CS6

I ran the cleaner and thought it was working--I entered the prod key and then the dvd spun for awhile calculating installation size or something then stopped and said try again after displaying this error:
